The rich tomato broth is fragrant with fennel, orange zest, sherry vinegar and has a beautiful kick thanks to a touch of Calabrian chili. Served with a loaf of freshly baked homemade Bolillo. Pair with either a white or red wine, we suggest Bodegas Godelia Godello or the Alkina “Kin” Granache Noir to compliment the acidity of the flavorful and rich broth.
