We are proud to pour the wines of Jax Vineyards, a producer known for their focus on “setting the agenda for modern Napa Valley” through the dynamic vision of siblings Trent and Kimberly Jackson. To match the pedigree of Jax’s wines, we are presenting a 5-course homage to the renowned Chef Thomas Keller.

Inspired by his “pursuit of perfection” defined in “The French Laundry Cookbook”, our unique vision for the evening’s menu celebrates the legacy of Keller’s acclaimed restaurants The French Laundry, Ad Hoc and Per Se, translating their elevated standards into an intimate and one-of-a-kind dining experience within our own charming art-filled space.
